INVITATION FOR THE BALKANS INTERNATIONAL WINE COMPETITION & FESTIVAL 2017

SOFIA, BULGARIA, JUNE 1-4, 2017

Dear wine producers,

We would kindly like to invite you to participate to the 6th edition of THE BALKANS INTERNATIONAL WINE COMPETITION, which will be held in Sofia from 1 4 June 2017 in Grand Hotel Sofia. The BIWC is open to wine producers from the Balkan Peninsula, Central and Eastern Europe, Black Sea region, as well as to wine producers from any other wine region

Why participate in BIWC 2017?

  •   This year we have the pleasure to combine the BIWC with the 40th WORLD CONGRESS of OIV and the 15th GENERAL ASSEMBLY  of OIV, which will be held in Sofia, Bulgaria from 29  May to 2 June. We are expecting more than 800 important wine personalities from all over the word to visit the BIWC Festival!
  • Especially for BIWC 2017 Festival: 30 importers, traders, distributors from USA, CHINA and JAPAN!

Medals

All wines will be scored out of 20 and could claim GoldSilver and Bronze MedalsAll Gold Medal wines (of the same styles/categories) will be served against each other at the final session of the competition, for selecting Trophies and Grand Trophy.
