13th edition BIWC 2024
THE BALKANS INTERNATIONAL WINE COMPETITON is open to wine producers from the Balkan Peninsula, Central and Eastern Europe, Black Sea region, as well as to wine producers from any other wine region.
The 13th edition of BIWC 2024 will take place in two countries for the first time – Bulgaria & Turkiye from 4 to 8 June 2024
The Balkan Wine Festival will be held in Sofia, Bulgaria from 20 to 22 June 2024 as an open-air festival in front of the National Palace of Culture (NDK).
This wine competition is one of the very few in Europe that lean closer to the Australian Wine Show model, allowing for a better evaluation of the competing wines. (more)
