Dane Jovanov holds a PhD in winemaking on oxygen impact in red wines aging. He has 22 vintages under his belt, and has been working in Bovin Winery as winemaker (2005-2007), Stobi Winery Managing Director and Head of Enology (2007 - 2016), Puklavec Family Wines SLoveniaas Managing Director of Macedonia and Member of the Board of Directors of Puklavec Family Wines Holding, Ljubljana SLovenia (2016 - 2023). In 2023 Dane decides to make his own brand and small wine estate with capacity of 50.000 bottles and 25ha vineyards - Dane Hermes Wine Estate. Dane is regular wine judge on Mundus Vini, Germany, also has participated as wine judge on Concours Mondial du Brussels, Seleczione dei Sindaco (Italy), Beograd Wine Fair etc.
